Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate the UX vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and user needs. Advocate for a user-centered approach in product development.


Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers and researchers. Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.


User Research: Oversee and conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize research findings to inform design decisions and strategy.


Design Execution: Guide the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly designs. Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.


Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX design into the overall product development lifecycle.


Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.


Metrics and Evaluation: Define and track key UX metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions. Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and performance data.


Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design. Apply new techniques and tools to enhance the user experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:


Experience: 7 years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in the financial services or digital banking industry is a plus.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.


Skills:

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on design work.
