Job Description
Open New Contract Farming Farms
Manage the list of potential customers according to internal systems.
Support and train Veterinary Consultants (VCs) in managing potential customers.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from VCs and prepare monthly reports for the team.
Conduct research and surveys on the development of contract farming in key areas targeted for expansion.
Manage & Provide Technical Support for Contract Farms
Train VCs, farm owners, and workers on biosecurity practices.
Regularly visit and inspect the activities of VCs and the contract farms under their management.
Review the feed programs and order quantities from VCs on a weekly/monthly basis.
Check the quantity of medicine, vaccines, and chemicals ordered by VCs for each farm.
Monitor disease outbreaks, pig mortality rates, and other health issues through VC reports.
Prepare and manage monthly reports.
Coordinate with the support department to plan the supply of feed, medicine, vaccines, and tools needed for contract farms.
Handle crises, such as disease outbreaks, accidents, and any issues impacting contract farms.
Inspect and analyze farm biosecurity before and after each production cycle, and assist VCs in organizing workshops.
Analyze production performance, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements, supporting VCs in performance initiatives.
Pig Sales and Market Information
Manage and update the list of potential traders.
Assist VCs and farm owners in planning pig sales.
Collect market information, analyze pig prices, and predict trends.
Provide daily pig price updates to the team.
Job Requirements
3. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Veterinary or Animal Husbandry.
Male, over 30 years old.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
