1. HR Strategy Planning and Execution / 制定和执行人力资源战略
- Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term HR strategies and annual HR plans aligned with company goals.

2. Recruitment and Workforce Planning / 招聘与人员规划
- Develop and implement annual recruitment plans based on company growth objectives.
根据公司发展目标制定并实施年度招聘计划。
- Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal staff allocation and resource utilization.
管理人员规划,确保员工分配及资源利用最佳化。
3. Compensation and Incentive System Design / 薪酬与激励体系设计
- Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
设计并维护具有竞争力的薪酬结构及福利方案,吸引并留住人才。
- Build and optimize HR incentive systems to drive employee performance and engagement.
构建并优化人力资源激励机制,推动员工绩效及参与度。
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, proposing adjustments as needed.
监控并评估激励计划效果,必要时提出调整建议。
4. Training and Development / 培训与发展
- Develop and execute employee training and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
制定并实施适合组织需求的员工培训与发展计划。
- Establish career development frameworks to support employee growth and succession planning.

5. Labor Law Compliance and Dispute Resolution / 遵守劳动法与争议解决
- Ensure all HR policies comply with Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
确保所有人力资源政策符合越南劳动法和法规。
- Handle labor disputes effectively, providing solutions that minimize risks for the company.
有效处理劳动争议,提供降低公司风险的解决方案。
6. Employee Performance Management / 员工绩效管理
- Oversee the implementation of KPI and OKR systems, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
监督 KPI 和 OKR 系统的实施,确保与公司目标一致。
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and propose actionable recommendations to the management team.

7. Policy Development and Communication / 制度制定与传达
- Draft, update, and communicate company policies to ensure consistency and transparency.

8. HR Data Analysis and Reporting / 人力资源数据分析与汇报

- Prepare regular HR reports for the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience / 教育及经验要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in managerial roles.
5年以上人力资源工作经验,优先考虑有管理经验者。
2. Skills / 技能要求
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
熟悉越南劳动法及人力资源最佳实践。
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies, training programs, and incentive systems.
具备设计和实施人力资源战略、培训计划和激励体系的能力。
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
出色的领导力、沟通能力及问题解决能力。
3. Language Proficiency / 语言能力
- Fluent in English or Chinese, both written and spoken.
英语或中文流利(书面与口语)。
4. Additional Requirements / 其他要求
- High adaptability, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
适应能力强,以结果为导向,注重细节。
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
熟练使用 MS Office 和人力资源管理软件。
