2. Recruitment and Workforce Planning / 招聘与人员规划
- Develop and implement annual recruitment plans based on company growth objectives.
根据公司发展目标制定并实施年度招聘计划。
- Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal staff allocation and resource utilization.
管理人员规划,确保员工分配及资源利用最佳化。
3. Compensation and Incentive System Design / 薪酬与激励体系设计
- Design and maintain competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.

- Build and optimize HR incentive systems to drive employee performance and engagement.

Yêu cầu
1. Education and Experience / 教育及经验要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in managerial roles.
