As a key member of the leadership team, the CTO will shape the future of the Company by driving its AI vision, leading the engineering team, and delivering transformative solutions. This strategic role requires a blend of technical expertise, innovation, and leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s AI/ML and software development strategy.
- Stay ahead of AI advancements and integrate cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on NVIDIA solutions.
- Ensure scalable, maintainable system architecture across all projects.
- Guide AI/ML engineers in research and development of algorithms, models, and systems.
* Team Development & Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire AI/ML engineers and technical staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
- Work with HR to attract and retain top technical talent.
* Strategic Planning & Execution
- Align technical initiatives with business objectives in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
- Define and execute the company’s long-term AI vision and annual strategy.
- Oversee R&D budgeting and resource allocation.
- Develop and evaluate roadmaps for new AI products and services.
- Monitor technical KPIs to track success and improvement areas.
* Client Engagement & Delivery
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.
- Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Provide technical expertise in pre-sales engagements and client pitches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and partners.
* Innovation & R&D
- Drive research initiatives to explore AI and ML applications.
- Manage intellectual property and commercialize research outputs.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects showcasing the company’s AI capabilities, leveraging NVIDIA technologies.
* Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection laws, and ethical AI practices.
- Establish best practices in software development and deployment.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Competency Management
- Define and enhance technical competencies within the AI/ML team.
- Establish frameworks for evaluating and improving team capabilities.
- Promote adoption of industry best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
