Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the legal compliance of all company documents.
- Address disputes or legal issues involving the company.
- Provide legal advice and support to the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team on matters related to the law.
Job Duties:
- Participate in drafting, amending, and supplementing the company's charter, internal regulations, and policies.
- Lead or assist in drafting and revising contract templates (e.g., sales contracts, business cooperation agreements, employment contracts) and assess the legality of documents and contracts the company enters into.
- Monitor, supervise, and review the implementation of laws, the company's charter, and internal regulations; summarize and evaluate employees' understanding and compliance with these rules and legal requirements.
- Represent the company in handling legal procedures, complaints, disputes, and litigation.
- Provide advice or recommendations on hiring legal consultants for business-related issues; assess investment and business risks for the company’s projects or business collaborations; and offer legal opinions on organizational and managerial decisions.
- Stay updated on legal documents and policies relevant to the company's operations and business activities.
- Perform other tasks to ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (e.g., Economic Law, Business Law).
- At least 5 years of experience in legal affairs at a foreign company, a company with 1,000 employees, or within the banking or e-commerce industry.
- Solid knowledge and experience in corporate legal activities, with a basic understanding of IT, including proficiency in common software and computer skills.
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific laws and their application in the profession.
- Proficient in English for professional purposes (listening, reading, and writing).
- Lawyer's practicing certificate is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and professional.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with tact and sharpness.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
