Job Description
1. Product Knowledge & Clinical Application:
•Continuously research and update knowledge on robotic systems and their clinical applications.
•Serve as the go-to expert on all product features and benefits, especially in the context of post-stroke recovery.
•Collaborate with regional teams to adapt product applications for the local market.
2. Training & Education:
•Provide training to sales teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists, and nurses) on the proper use of robotic systems.
•Lead hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and product familiarization sessions tailored to stroke recovery protocols.
3. Marketing & Customer Engagement:
•Develop the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for robotic systems and post-stroke solutions based on market insights and competitor analysis.
•Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
•Represent at workshops, congresses, and events to raise awareness of post-stroke robotic solutions.
4. Sales Support:
•Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the clinical and technical benefits of robotic solutions to customers.
•Manage and coordinate product demonstrations, including the setup, execution, and follow-up on cases.
•Support delivery processes by overseeing installation, software setup, and initial training for healthcare staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.Certifications or training in stroke rehabilitation or medical robotics are advantageous.
At least 3 years of experience in medical devices, with a focus on rehabilitation, cardiology, or post-stroke solutions.
Hands-on experience with robotic-assisted systems or technologies used in stroke recovery is a strong advantage.
