Job Description
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical and aesthetic devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
Provide technical training and guidance to clients for optimal device utilization.
Deliver exceptional on-site and remote customer service.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Support the Head of Technical Department in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall capability of the technical team.
Accurately document all technical activities, including repair and maintenance records.
Analyze recurring issues and propose solutions to improve product reliability.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service, preferably in medical or aesthetic equipment.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Excellent technical knowledge of medical and aesthetic devices.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Leadership abilities to mentor and guide team members effectively.
