Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all assigned stores, driving staff performance to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results.
Develop and implement effective sales processes for teams, specialists, and other representatives to optimize productivity.
Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts.
Recruit, manage, train, and mentor staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the products and consistently providing excellent customer service.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with the brand’s guidelines.
Collaborate with local and Head Office teams across various departments to align on strategies and goals.
Identify customer trends and behaviors across the stores and propose actionable programs to drive sales growth.
Maintain optimal inventory levels across stores and monitor stock control.
Coordinate with local shopping mall partners for ongoing and upcoming promotional activities and propose joint tactical initiatives.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Head Office.
Develop and execute regular store visit plans, ensuring consistent monitoring of store performance and providing feedback.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
Male/Female, aged 35-45 years, with a professional and mature demeanor.
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in fashion retail operations, with a strong understanding of the industry.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing demands is essential.
