Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the requirements of various brands’ audits, including social responsibilities/SCAN/brand protection/product quality/ Sustainability program;
2. Be able to independently complete daily first-party audits (internal audits), and complete the relevant reports;
3. Track and supervise the responsible factories to complete CAP filling and submission (including daily audit/second and third party audit);
4．Assist the factory to complete and improve daily project data required by brand customers.
5. Assist the auditor-in-charge in collection and updating laws, regulations and customer standards;
6. Have good work ethic and recognize the company culture.

Job Requirements

1. Secondary education (secondary education is the part of the national education system that is completed after the primary education stage and before entering the university or similar educational institution.)
2. 1-2 years of general social work experience
3. Work in the field of quality or environment management at least 2 years.
4. With Vietnam Better Work and/or Cambodia BFC experience at least 2 years.
5. Complete 40 hours audit-related training annually and submit relevant training report.
6. Complete 4 full audits that no less than 20 days under the guidance of the auditor-in-charge.
