Job Description


Manage and oversee all production operations within the company's manufacturing plant, ensuring timelines, efficiency, and compliance with GMP-EU standards. Ensure that all production activities, including personnel, processes, and technology, are aligned with the company’s production and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage the entire production operations of the plant, ensuring maximum efficiency in line with the goals of the plant and the company.
Implement and ensure compliance with GMP-EU principles in plant production activities, including:
Ensuring that products are manufactured and stored according to issued documents to meet quality standards.
Reviewing and approving production-related procedures, including in-process checks, to ensure strict adherence.
Inspecting the maintenance and repair of the production facility and equipment.
Ensuring that batch records are reviewed and signed by authorized personnel.
Conducting initial and continuous training for production staff, adapting training to job needs.
Monitoring and controlling production environmental conditions, factory sanitation, and staff hygiene.
Ensuring workplace safety during the production process.
Manage and control production costs, focusing on energy and material savings, ensuring costs align with company goals.
Manage and monitor production plans, equipment, and processes to optimize performance and extend machinery lifespan, ensuring production capacity meets the company’s demand for goods.
Manage the job performance, responsibilities, and career development of all plant staff to achieve the department’s objectives and the company's strategic goals.
Take full responsibility for evaluating work efficiency and the performance of staff under management.
Manage product cost standards at various production stages, submit them for CEO approval, and implement them in production.
Collaborate with the Quality Director to implement GPs principles.
Coordinate with the Human Resources Department for annual manpower planning to ensure optimal production management efficiency.
Work with Human Resources to develop the plant’s annual wage budget.
Participate in recruitment interviews and training related to the production team, ensuring sufficient manpower for production activities. Build a professional image and work ethic for the production workforce.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior, and Skills:

a/ Educational and Professional Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or higher
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industrial production and GMP-EU standard plant management
Ability to define long-term production strategic goals
Proficiency in English communication
