Job Description
- Plan recruitment, training, and development programs on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Strategize human resources planning to support the company's business operations and long-term goals.
- Develop regulations and plans for the utilization of company assets and equipment.
- Support other departments in managing personnel and serve as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees.
- Assist related departments in employee training, recruitment processes, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and related legal documents.
- Develop budgets for salaries, bonuses, welfare policies, and employee motivation strategies.
- Establish and maintain good relations with government authorities and relevant agencies.
- Advise the Board of Directors on recruitment, workplace environment improvement, talent retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment within the department, care for employees' well-being, and promote team activities.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 8 years in HR sector, and 3 years at Manager-level or equivalent roles.
- Proven experience in setting up and developing HR systems for new or growing companies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong expertise in HR management, psychology, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of independence and problem-solving abilities.
- Sharp analytical thinking and systematic approach.
- Language proficiency: English (Japanese or Chinese speaking is a plus).
