Job Description

Position Objectives:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies with clear, targeted goals for various channels and market segments.
• Manage the execution of marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and promoting effective teamwork.
• Analyze consumer trends, market data, customer insights, and industry best practices to create successful marketing plans.
• Utilize and enhance the internal CRM system to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure and enhance client happiness through proactive engagement and support.
• Coordinate with the team manager to follow up with customers and track sales performance.

Duties:
• Assist in crafting creative briefs and directing the creative process to achieve goals across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and video.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of content for internal and external communications, create campaign budgets, participate in events, document business procedures, and support sales efforts.
• Gather and analyze market and consumer insights to refine outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate high-quality leads.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
• Deliver marketing concepts and finished products to internal and external teams, and communicate with the General Director and team managers about marketing plans, strategies, and budget.
• Conduct company presentations, solution introductions, and tours to ensure client satisfaction, and complete sales support tasks to follow up with leads and customers.

Job Requirements

1. Required:
o Minimum of one year of marketing experience.
o At least three years of experience working in a Japanese-speaking environment.
o Japanese language proficiency: BJT J1 or higher, or JLPT-N1.
o Strong command of Japanese in writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
o Intermediate English skills.
o Demonstrated ownership mentality, service orientation, and customer focus.
o Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills.
o Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.
o Open communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
2. Preferred:
o Experience or personal recollections of trips to Japan.
o Proficiency in project management.
o Work experience in an IT organization.
o Willingness and ability to travel abroad for business.
