Job Description

Navigos’s Partner is a leading player in Vietnam's maritime industry, is seeking a potential candidate for the position of Director/ Deputy Director of Transformation. This pivotal role will drive groundbreaking changes, shape the future, and contribute to our partner’s overall success as we embark on new chapters in our development journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Direction: Lead and coordinate the implementation of the company's overall strategy, aligning it with our partner’s long-term strategic objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Oversee strategic planning processes, including industry analysis, opportunity identification, growth initiatives, and risk assessment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement transformational changes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in execution.
• Monitoring Initiatives: Supervise the development and deployment of strategic initiatives, track progress, and make necessary adjustments.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities, leveraging innovative technologies to address current needs and anticipate future challenges.
• Business Models Development: Support teams in developing business models, financial frameworks, and action plans to drive strategic initiatives.
• Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance company growth and competitiveness.
• Enterprise Architecture: Assist in building enterprise architecture, coordinating changes based on an overview of individuals, teams, and their relationships.
• KPI Development: Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate organizational capabilities, prioritizing investments to address capability gaps.
• Change Advocacy: Articulate the need for change and construct a compelling narrative, providing guidance to stakeholders.
• Support Scalable Infrastructure: Develop a supportive platform that includes coordinating integrated data management.
• Strategic Partnership Management: Evaluate and implement potential strategic partnerships; co-manage the development and execution of digital strategies, supporting digital initiatives.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Guide the company’s digital transformation and business efforts.

Job Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or higher qualification is preferred.

Experience:
• Over 10 years of experience in strategy development, transformation, or related roles.

Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
