Job Description
• Oversee accounting processes, creating accounting vouchers, and making sure that income, expenses, and costs are accurately recorded.
• Manage the process of verifying different assets, doing routine physical inventory counts of cash and fixed assets, reconciling accounts receivable and payable, and guaranteeing that accounts and real assets match.
• In charge of working with the company's fund activities and preparing financial statements and associated statistical reports.
• In charge of maintaining the seamless operation of accounting archives, organizing and archiving accounting materials, and performing routine backups of financial software data.
• In charge of accurate tax planning, timely tax declarations, and routine examination of changes in the tax burden.
• Knowledge of the distinctions between EPE and Non-EPE firms, as well as experience with tax rebates and bonded operations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, auditing, or related majors.
• Experience in full-cycle accounting operations, familiar with national financial regulations and related accounting policies, with a preference for candidates with overseas financial work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, and also holding a Vietnamese Chief Accountant qualification certificate.
• Familiar with national and local tax declarations, and proficient in commonly used financial software and office software.
• Good communication skills, comprehension, team spirit, and service consciousness.
• Work is meticulous and detailed, with a high sense of work responsibility and good professional ethics.
• English or Chinese can be used for work communication, with an HSK Chinese proficiency level 4 or above preferred.
• Proficient in operating financial systems and other office software (EXCEL, Word, etc.).
