Job Description
To create and present in-depth product video courses, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Training Specialist. The right candidate for this position will be a business analyst with training experience, a keen interest in scripting languages like SQL, and a thorough comprehension of business operations, especially in the manufacturing and financial industries. The appointed individual will assume a pivotal function in educating our intended audience about our product solutions and empowering them to do simple customizations to fulfill customer requirements.
• Training Course Development: Create, produce, and distribute video training programs that highlight our product solutions
Product Deployment: Advice on implementing a product with adaptable settings (no code);
Product Customization: We provide instructions on how to use a low-code technique to easily customize the product to fit individual customer requirements. Our product supports this approach. The main focus of this course is not on programming, but rather on making minor adjustments that business analysts may perform even without programming experience, like creating customized reports or creating printed forms.
• Content creation involves using scripting and configuration to create interesting and educational training materials that cover the features, functionalities, and customization choices of the product.
• Business Analysis: Apply your understanding of finance and manufacturing procedures to develop pertinent use cases and business scenarios for the training program.
• Providing training sessions and making sure the intended audiences are able to comprehend and apply the product knowledge to practical situations constitutes training delivery.
• Cooperation: To guarantee that training materials are up to date with the newest product features, maintain regular contact with other departments, including product development and customer service.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of two years of training-related experience, or experience in a similar industry where a strong grasp of business procedures is acquired, particularly in manufacturing and finance.
• Technical Skills: The ability to write scripts in languages like SQL is necessary.
• Education: It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in information technology, business analysis, or a similar discipline.
• Communication abilities: Possess the ability to effectively and simply explain difficult technical ideas to non-technical users. Able to read and write effectively in English
• Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities, with the capacity to captivate and inform audiences.
• The analytical mindset involves critical and analytical thinking skills, with an emphasis on process improvement and providing efficient training.
• Learning Attitude: A strong desire to pick up new skills and adjust to emerging software, hardware, and technological advancements.
