Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
Drive the growth and development of our Vietnam market through effective channel management strategies. Build and manage a high-performing distributor network to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Lead the implementation of indirect channel policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Optimize distributor performance through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement channel partner profitability programs.
• Conduct regular channel partner performance reviews and identify improvement areas.
• Define and execute channel partner segmentation and tier management strategies.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the indirect channel.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
• Ensure alignment of sales and distribution models with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel.
• Develop and manage channel sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Implement channel sales incentive and compensation plans.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Having proven track record in distributor management, channel development, and sales leadership.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the Vietnam market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
