Job Description

Lead the setup and organization of the factory, including equipment installation and workforce planning.
Manage assembly lines and CNC operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures, leading corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate with engineering to ensure product designs are manufacturable and implement new technologies.
Oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely sourcing of materials.
Collaborate with accounting to manage the factory’s budget, control costs, and ensure financial compliance.
Lead and mentor plant staff, promoting efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in factory setup and management, with a focus on assembly, CNC, and quality.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and financial management is preferred.
Good communication in English.
