Job Title: R&D Manager - Injectable Pharmaceuticals Plant
Location: Hà Nội

Key Responsibilities:
R&D Coordination:
Lead and coordinate the transition of products from pilot production abroad to larger-scale manufacturing in Vietnam.
Oversee the development of injectable pharmaceutical products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Regulatory Affairs (RA):
Manage the registration process for pharmaceutical products, with a focus on injectable drugs.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, preparing and submitting necessary documentation for product approval.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Team Leadership:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Promote a collaborative working environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including international partners, regulatory bodies, and suppliers.
Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, from executive management to operational teams.
Facilitate the exchange of information and feedback to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in Research & Development, specifically in the coordination of transitioning products from pilot production overseas to large-scale manufacturing in Vietnam.
Strong background in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in drug registration, with experience in injectable products being a significant advantage.
Skills:
Excellent command of English (report directly to expatriates)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
