Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s frozen food product portfolio in Vietnam (or specified region).
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets across B2B and B2C segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and HORECA clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Lead the sales pipeline and negotiation process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Work closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, providing feedback for improvement.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
