Job Description

*Position Overview:
The HR - GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administration functions within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage HR initiatives, employee relations, and administrative processes to support the company’s growth and objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee performance management, training, and development programs.
Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- General Administration:
Oversee general administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Policy Development:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure effective communication of policies to all employees and monitor compliance.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and performance excellence.
Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their HR needs.

Job Requirements

* Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on general administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
