Job Description

Ascertain the client’s business technical requirements.
Repair and calibration of T&M equipment and system equipment.
Develop and build technical know-how database for internal use.
Provide technical consultancy to clients.
Develop applications/solutions base on customer requirements.

Job Requirements

Must have a Degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering
TOEIC minimum 650 (or equivalent)

Technical/Functional:
- Solid general RF knowledge
- Skills and knowledge in electronic repairs
- Technical skills in Test & Measurement / Communication technologies
- Technical knowledge about products related to the relevant application areas.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good technical writing skills

Repair & Calibration laboratory:
- Assist Head of Calibration Lab. in maintaining Laboratory according to Lab/Iso standards.
- Assist Head of Calibration Lab. to establish procedures relating to Iso 9001/17025 and implement with highest standard to achieve company’s goals.
- Regularly update of repair/calibration procedures/guidelines of related equipments to enrich knowledge pool of the team.
- Calibrate and Repair of equipment ensuring minimum “Turn Around Time” (TAT) and ensure good quality.
- Understand customer’s problems/requirements, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upkeep of service lab and project support infrastructure.
- Provide customer on-site & hotline support timely.
