Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service and full life cycle recruiting
• Develop, and maintain strong partnership with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional team members.
• Understand & advise what business truly needs.
• Proactively source candidates through various sources, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building, and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions.
• Present company and position value proposition and story in a compelling manner.
• Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
• Ensure TA reports are up-to-date and use them to provide insights into recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilizing various internal partners.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in forecasting/raising potential blocker to on-time delivery.
