Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain trust with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• 10 years of experience in OEMs/ODMs or Tier 1 EMS companies.
• 5 years in business development for EMS, or relevant supply chain/operations experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good command of English or Mandarin.
