ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY
A leading global provider of electrical and automation solutions.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive the company business growth in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will develop effective business plans and sales strategies to meet annual sales targets, manage cross-functional teams, and enhance our market presence through strong partnerships and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Create recovery plans to address shortfalls in sales performance.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales and technical teams, including sales presentations, customer visits, contract negotiations, and training sessions.
• Manage relationships with sales channels (distributors, partners, and agencies) to ensure successful implementation of sales plans and business strategies.
• Conduct regular meetings with distributors and partners to review sales targets, market development, and provide monthly sales forecasts, including a rolling six-month forecast.
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit (BU) and regional teams, as well as suppliers, to support customer needs and drive business expansion across Vietnam. Manage inventory and delivery challenges effectively.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive customer database, sales pipeline, and project list. Prepare regular reports for the Regional Sales Director and management, while coordinating activities such as customer visits, training, seminars, and trade fairs.
• Work in conjunction with the Corporate Department to ensure timely customer payments and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Identify and propose new business development activities, ensuring compliance with company policy and approval limits.
• Lead the sales team in identifying, managing, and implementing new business opportunities, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education, majoring in Electrical Engineering or Automation Control is highly preferred.
• 3 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in drive and motion control technologies.
• Organized, structured and good analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• Fluency in English.
