QC Leader, plastic and electronics product

The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality control for multiple product lines that involve injection molding, painting, printing, and assembling techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise and mentor the QC team to ensure high performance and development.
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate goals and motivate members.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures for mold/tooling, electronics, and plastic injection molding products.
• Oversee inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding quality issues.
• Collaborate with customers to meet their quality expectations.
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare documentation for audits and address findings with corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and issues.
• Lead projects to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness in the organization.
• Work with production, engineering, and design teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure effective communication across departments on quality objectives.
