Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our client's products, from ideation and development to market launch, growth, and sustainability. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with the brand’s vision, meets market demands, and achieves business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy and Product Development
• Define and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitive positioning, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D, product design, and development teams to create products that reflect brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to during product development.
2. Product Launch and Marketing
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
• Plan and manage product launch events, ensuring maximum visibility and consumer engagement.
• Oversee digital and offline marketing channels to drive product awareness and sales.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
• Monitor product performance against sales, revenue, and market share targets.
• Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the product team to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to refine positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
4. Brand Sustainability and Growth
• Develop strategies to enhance brand loyalty and long-term customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for product extensions or new product development to expand the brand portfolio.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and ethical standards in their respective markets.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in brand management, product development, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure product and campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
