Job Description
1. EHS Management:
• Implement and oversee safety, health, and environmental (EHS) programs at the newly established factory.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese EHS regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze incidents, and propose preventive measures.
• Organize training sessions for employees on EHS policies and procedures.
2. Security Management:
• Develop and execute security plans to safeguard the facility.
• Monitor the performance of the security team and surveillance systems.
• Handle security-related emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary.
3. Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on EHS and security performance.
• Propose improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of EHS and security operations.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with international EHS standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in EHS or security management, preferably in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese safety, environmental, and security regulations.
• Certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related EHS training are highly preferred.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic English is required (advanced English is a plus).
