Job Description
- Manage Business Performance
Develop and implement market growth strategies in Vietnam: Identify market expansion opportunities and create short-term and long-term business plans.
Establish sales policies and build distribution channels:
Research, design, and update sales programs to attract potential B2B customers and partners.
Expand the customer database across untapped markets, segments, and industries.
Monitor and optimize sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels.
- Human Resource Management
Train and develop the sales team.
Track performance to provide evaluations and guide professional growth.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity.
Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and standards.
- Close Coordination
Work closely with management and other departments.
- Reporting
Prepare timely and transparent reports for leadership
Report on business performance and propose strategies.
- Additional Duties
Carry out other tasks as directed by leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience with ERP solutions and related software
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performance teams
- Strategic mindset for market expansion and driving sales growth
- Skilled in developing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Customer-focused sales approach with excellent communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
