Job Description

Navigos Search's client is a Japanese-invested company is looking for experienced Sales Director to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for nationwide sales activities of the company, develop business strategies and achieve the sales target.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and operate business activities of all Vietnam (including retail, project, distributor and dealer) and all sales office, sales department of warehouse and sales team
2. Develop and implement business strategies, goals and plans consistent with the company's overall strategic goals
3. Developing and implementing business plans for each sales team, office and salesperson to achieve the established goals
4. Build and lead high-performance sales teams, including recruiting, training, and managing employee performance.
5. Research and analyse information about the market and real estate projects to find opportunities to incorporate interior materials into design drawings/technical instructions/bidding documents/sample rooms, etc. of civil and industrial construction projects. Support and advise customers on the best products during the design, construction, bidding, and model home building processes, ...
6. Responsible for taking care of Key person of Investors, large interior contractors, famous architects, Maintain close relationships with design firms and interior associations. Search for new projects, support employees to approach projects through Investors, Design Consulting Companies, Project Management Boards, General Construction Contractors, Interior Contractors .... to bring the Company's products into spec and support Sales to implement sales plans
7. Conduct seminars/presentations to introduce products/solutions in depth at design companies, investors or interior contractors.
8. Ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
9. Select, search, and participate in negotiations to open distributors and sales agents for the company in provinces and localities nationwide.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Over 10 years of experience in the finishing materials industry (Industrial wood, construction materials, sanitary equipment).
2. Strong relationships with Investors, Design Consultants, Contractors, Interior General Contractors, partners in the construction materials industry, and special priority is given to the industrial wood interior materials industry is in an advantage.
3. University degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Construction, Architecture/Design...
4. Intermediate English communication. Understanding Japanese is an advantage.
5. Good leadership, decision making, interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
6. Solid knowledge of furniture products and market trends.
7. Ability to analyse data and market trends and negotiation.
