Job Description
• Support the Production Manager in day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination, including reviewing technical drawings, prototypes, and material samples.
• Monitor production progress at local fabrication workshops, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure production complies with design, technical, and safety specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Project Management, Procurement) and external partners (fabricators, suppliers).
• Track production and installation activities using project management tools, maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
• Assist in managing on-site installation works, supervising fit-out teams, and resolving real-time issues.
• Ensure all production-related documentation is up to date, including QA/QC records, delivery notes, and handover documents.
• Participate in site and factory meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in scenic fabrication, themed attraction production, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of production materials and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and strong in problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
