Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Development and Improvement
• Develop and enhance the quality management framework for the Center.
• Propose, design, and update internal policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate process development activities across internal departments and external units.
• Build comprehensive documentation, including procedures, guidelines, templates, and checklists.

2. Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Monitor and evaluate software quality issues, proposing process improvements where needed.
• Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to the quality standards currently applied within the organization.

3. KPI/BSC System Development and Management
• Study corporate guidelines on performance management and translate them into applicable KPIs/BSCs for the Center.
• Develop and update the KPI framework and evaluation methods for internal teams.
• Define the process for validating, assessing, and measuring departmental KPI performance.

4. KPI Evaluation and Reporting
• Create and implement KPI measurement plans for all departments.
• Prepare reports summarizing KPI assessment results and performance metrics.

5. Risk Management
• Research risk management frameworks for IT enterprises.
• Develop standard templates for risk documentation and guide teams in identifying and reporting risks.
• Organize regular meetings to review and update the Center’s risk profile.
• Maintain and update the Center’s risk register.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright Management
• Study intellectual property regulations related to software products and services.
• Develop templates and documentation for software copyright registration.

7. Product Standardization and Certification
• Review national standards for software products and services issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
• Prepare documentation and plans for software standardization and certification.
• Build a roadmap to achieve product compliance and monitor implementation progress.
• Guide and oversee certification activities for the Center’s software products.

8. Other Duties
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work under high pressure, with strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams.
• At least 2 year of experience in Quality Management or Software Testing in an IT company.
• Solid understanding of IT, QA, and QC principles.
• Knowledge of product verification, quality monitoring, and IT service management activities.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management concepts and practices.
• Understanding of software development processes, tools, and technologies widely used in the industry.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software quality management tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and IT operational procedures.
• Basic knowledge of databases, programming, system design, and information security.
• Understanding of telecommunication infrastructure and IT service delivery.
