Job Description
• Coordinate with the Head of Product to define product objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Identify resource needs and manage availability & allocation of resources – both internal and third-party.
• Develop budgets based on requirements and monitor expenses to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Prepare detailed project plans to arrange milestones, workstreams, and activities.
• Manage project execution in line with the approved plan.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports to the project team and stakeholders.
• Manage and adjust changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets their satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 years of overall working experience with 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong technical skills and solid understanding of software development.
• Business and commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills to accurately identify risks and resolve project issues.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong teamwork and effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate project teams.
• Product and market-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in startups and bringing products to the PMF (Product-Market Fit) stage.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (minimum JLPT N2) – mandatory.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• PMP certification.
• Experience working in multinational companies.
