Job Description
• Lead sales efforts to acquire new residents for the nursing care facility.
• Manage personal sales targets as well as outsourced Vietnamese sales teams.
• Provide timely reporting, communication, and progress updates to Japanese management.
• Act as interpreter and liaison in meetings, dinners, and events with VIP clients, including wealthy individuals, business leaders, and government officials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Bridge cultural and business practices, ensuring smooth collaboration with Japanese managers and teams.
Job Requirements
1. Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher.
2. Male preferred (female candidates will also be considered).
3. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
4. Minimum 2 years of management experience.
5. Work experience in Japan under any type of visa.
6. Direct experience working with Japanese colleagues/managers.
Note: Candidates with 5–10 years of sales experience but limited management experience (or vice versa) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Nice-to-Have Criteria
1. Sales experience in real estate or insurance industries.
2. Knowledge or experience in the nursing care sector.
