Job Description


• Manage strategy, planning, and overall operations of the Transportation Division.
• Work closely with BD and HQ to build annual business, budget, and HR plans.
• Improve organizational efficiency and processes (Kaizen approach).
• Maintain customer relationships and support implementation of new projects.
• Establish service & procurement frameworks; monitor profit, tender results, and manage contracts.
• Lead safety campaigns, training programs, accident handling, and risk management.
• Ensure service quality, resolve operational issues, and develop HR policies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, while proposing C&B, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide business insights and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and supervise day-to-day operations of the Transportation Division.
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities as assigned by Department Head/Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in logistics industry, especially transportation operations.
• At least 5 years’ experience in fleet management.
• At least 3 years in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of the logistics industry, planning, organizing, and business process management.
• Solid experience in coordination and handling critical operational issues.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, accident investigation, and driver behavior management.
• Financial and accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and strong soft skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop teams effectively.
