Job Purpose
Responsible for building and implementing the learning and development strategy to support the bank’s digital transformation, developing workforce capabilities in line with the vision of becoming a modern, digital-first bank.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the bank-wide training and development strategy, aligned with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
• Design and deliver training programs for:
• Leaders & managers: digital-age leadership, change management, strategic thinking.
• Business staff: digital skills, data literacy, digital platforms and processes.
• IT & digital teams: advanced knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Data & AI.
• Establish a Corporate Academy, leveraging e-learning, LMS, and micro-learning solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through specific KPIs (training ROI, knowledge application rates, employee satisfaction).
• Build partnerships with domestic and international universities, training institutions, and industry experts.
• Drive a continuous learning culture to support transformation and long-term organizational growth.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Finance – Banking; Master’s preferred.
• International certifications in HR/Training (CIPD, CPTD, SHRM, ATD, etc.).
• At least 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5 years in senior leadership roles, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of modern training trends: Digital Learning, Blended Learning, Data-driven L&D.
• Excellent leadership, training project management, communication, and inspirational skills.
