Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s commercial property portfolio, including leasing, facilities, parks, and event spaces. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing tenant and visitor experience, and contributing to sustainable growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities / Duties

Develop and implement property management and leasing strategies aligned with company goals to ensure sustainable growth.

Monitor and optimize occupancy rates, rental revenue, and asset utilization based on market conditions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Prepare accurate reports and analysis on financial performance, leasing status, and operational efficiency for management review.

Oversee leasing activities, negotiations, renewals, and tenant mix strategy to enhance property value and foot traffic.

Plan and manage commercial events, brand activations, and community engagement programs to support tenant success and create vibrant destinations.

Implement placemaking initiatives, local partnerships, and sustainability programs that elevate visitor experience and strengthen the company’s brand presence.

Oversee facility management, ensuring all properties and park facilities are safe, clean, compliant, and well-maintained.

Lead the team by providing direction, coaching, and performance management to build a strong and diverse workforce.

Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment in achieving company objectives.

Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives across property management operations.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Functional Relationships

Internal: Heads of departments and other GLVN staff.

External: Tenants, vendors, service providers, and local authorities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in property or commercial real estate management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills & Abilities

Strong expertise in leasing, property/facility management, and commercial operations.

Knowledge of event management and placemaking is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

Solid understanding of property development, construction, and project financial management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
