Job Summary:
Navigos Search is supporting a EU brand seeking a Sales Specialist to represent its brand in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales development activities, and facilitating quality communication between Vietnam, Korea, and China. This role is instrumental in strengthening our presence in the mobile phone and earphone component industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Customer care
• Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Perform market research and gather competitive market information relevant to acoustic components.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
Quality Team Support
• Investigate and analyze customer complaints in Vietnam and provide detailed feedback to teams in Korea and China.
• Coordinate with internal quality teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Assist in monitoring product quality trends and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in Korean or Chinese is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, especially in filter or mobile phone manufacturing industries.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling materials to OEMs/ODMs in electronics industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
