Job Description

Overall Role Purpose: Lead geographic profitability for designated Corporate or Strategic Initiatives, Multinational Corporations, and National Companies or New Customers by positioning Navigos Search's Partner as a strategic business partner and delivering programs through a cross-functional team.

• Establish and manage multi-tier relationships to foster long-term partnerships and achieve corporate goals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships within designated accounts.
• Lead customer presentations and proposals while understanding customer expectations.
• Provide consistent, customer-oriented service and support for sales issues.
• Plan and coordinate activities to sustain sales revenue and develop after-sales strategies.
• Report on account revenue and activity as required by management.
• Contribute to strategies that maintain and grow account sales and portfolios.
• Align account strategies with national business plans to ensure profitable growth.
• Implement account sales and customer acquisition strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive sales improvement through standardized regional processes and support bidding efforts.
• Collaborate with support teams to address customer issues effectively.
• Represent customer needs in solution development, enhancing their competitive advantage and lifetime value.
• Create a personal sales plan for new business development and account growth.
• Develop strategies to promote Navigos Search's Partner programs to assigned accounts.
• Utilize analytical skills to ensure customer needs are met and manage initiatives for revenue growth.
• Develop plans to mitigate competitor penetration and deliver consistent services.
• Establish a pricing review timetable to improve margins while adhering to regional profit standards.
• Ensure cooperation across the account team and sales force

REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective networking and interpersonal skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate consultative or solution-based sales in a service-related industry.
• Proven track record in managing and developing accounts valued over USD 1 million annually.
• Familiarity with the Navigos Search's Partner network.
• Educational qualifications: Degree in Business or a related field.
