Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Leasing & Marketing Executive to join our client’s team.
This role involves tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance occupancy and brand visibility for our office and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and approach prospective tenants for office and retail spaces at our client’s company
• Conduct site tours and presentations for potential tenants.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on leasing documents.
• Manage the building’s social media presence (Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop marketing ideas and materials in collaboration with the manager.
• Handle tenants’ requests during the lease term and assist with rent collection if needed.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Education & Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Law, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Age:
• Under 35 years old
Knowledge & Expertise:
• Basic understanding of real estate regulations and leasing laws.
• Familiarity with lease agreement terms and the real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and tenant engagement strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to source and manage tenant relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English communication; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently or in teams under pressure.
