Job Description

Business Development:
- Search, reach and expand customer list though channels to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to propose new strategies for maintaining and expanding market share.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and draft office lease contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the company’s standards.

- Managing and Developing Office & Retail Leasing Operations:
- Responsible for planning and executing office & retail leasing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve occupancy targets for the building.
- Manage and optimize the building's asset portfolio, including market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing, and leasing planning, while seeking new business opportunities.

Leasing Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage the leasing team to ensure work efficiency and develop the capabilities of each team member.
- Set and monitor performance goals for the team, ensuring that targets are met on time.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Regularly update and report on leasing activities, revenue, and key performance indicators to the management, with attention to factors that may impact costs and business strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis related to leasing activities to support investment decisions and asset management.

Other Duties:

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing activities and support clients.
- Ensure that all leasing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (Real Estate Management, Economics, Business Administration).
At least 10 years of experience in office leasing, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a management position.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate and office leasing market.
Financial analysis and budget management skills.
Proficient in real estate management software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean is an advantage
