Job Description

- Developing and implementing a commercial strategy for our fintech brands in Vietnam, focused on driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
- Ensuring operational excellence across the business, including areas such as sales, marketing, and business development, with full responsibility for profit and loss.
- Leading innovation efforts, particularly in product development and marketing.
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Setting financial plans for specific projects and overseeing budgeting.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning and management.
- Navigating the regulatory and public landscape effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the company’s strategic direction in collaboration with BODs and stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate the strategic vision to local teams to foster alignment and commitment toward achieving organizational goals.
- Cultivate a culture of operational excellence across all areas, including sales, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Implement a structured approach to operations and establish scalable processes for sustainable growth.
- Oversee and guide teams by setting objectives, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions. Manage the commercial budget and provide revenue forecasts, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and support the commercial team with a focus on performance, growth, and a collaborative work culture.
