Navigos Search’s client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead market expansion and sales operations in Vietnam. This role is critical to driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Vietnam.
• Identify business opportunities across architecture, hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear revenue targets.
• Maintain and grow key client relationships, act as company representative in industry events.
• Lead and develop the Business Development & Sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on market goals and execution.
• Monitor sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance reports.
• Promote team capability building through training and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
• Strong network in architecture, construction, building materials, design services or commercial sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; leadership and client management skills.
• Proven experience in entering and expanding new markets, preferably within Southeast Asia.
• Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and regionally.
