Job Description
Strategy Development and Planning:
Develop business strategies, models, and growth plans with partners, including partner selection and management frameworks.
Implement credit and non-credit business cooperation programs.
Define vision and direction for digital platform development.
Direction and Execution:
Manage business operations with ecosystem partners within the group.
Identify, select, and develop new partnerships.
Deploy cross-selling and up-selling through the Digital channel.
Promote non-credit business initiatives.
Develop digital applications, including apps and mini-apps.
Implement digital marketing activities for new sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Management and Performance Measurement:
Establish and manage key metrics for scale, quality, and efficiency across sales models.
Measure customer experience on digital applications.
Utilize the Digitel sales funnel to provide recommendations for optimizing customer experience.
Strategic Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with customers and ecosystem partners to maximize customer benefits and experiences and leverage partner potential.
Sales Force Management:
Manage and train sales teams across digital, tele, and partner channels within the ecosystem.
Performance and Quality Monitoring:
Analyze business performance and partner collaborations.
Monitor digital application effectiveness and Digitel sales force performance to promptly adjust business activities.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields (E-commerce Management, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Enterprise, Law, IT, etc.).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital business, financial technology, digital product management, or digital business promotion, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
Technical Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of digital business operations, sales strategies, strategic partnerships, digital ecosystems, technology applications, and specifics of the consumer finance industry.
Language Skills:
Proficient in English.

Adaptable to digital technologies, proactive and agile in response to digital trends.
Optimistic, open, and positive attitude towards work and interactions.
Strong ability to collaborate and motivate teams.
