Job Description
Identify and develop strategies as the foundation for CSR objectives.
Update and advise Directors and other departments on legal requirements and customer standards related to social responsibility.
Work with audit teams from customers and government agencies on compliance, occupational health and safety, and environmental matters.
Manage documentation and prepare records for customer audits.
Develop annual plans for the CSR department.
Plan internal audits and implement improvements for factory-related issues.
Develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAP).
Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards in all factory areas.
Implement internal awareness training programs for staff on CSR topics.
Report occupational health and safety (OHS) and workplace accidents periodically to government authorities.
Oversee workplace safety and hygiene compliance at the factory.
Organize safety training for subcontractors, related departments, and new employees.
Be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and managing the fire prevention and fighting system.
Job Requirements
Graduate from university with a major related to Occupational Safety, Environment, Industrial Management, Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience with audits such as SLCP, BSCI, HIGG FEM, ISO 9001, SCAN.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and warehouse management software).
Good communication in English skills.
Capable of organizing, planning work scientifically, and effectively managing a team.
