Key Responsibilities
• Advice, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company.
• Provide advice and update to the management team on regulatory development.
• Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Consult and supervise all company agreements.
• Execution of the compliance related training for employees.
• Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors.
• Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Work with other department on compliance, employee relations, and core operations.
• Legal documents and contracts.
Job Requirements
• Candidates graduated from Law University
• More than 8 years of work experience as a legal executive or legal expert,
• Must be proficient in writing English.
• Fully understand local filing and filing laws, regulations, requirements, and procedures.
• Have a good relationships with regulatory agencies and government agencies.
• Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract review
• Knowledgeable on local and international industrial codes, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam.
