🔹 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead Strategy & Growth
• Define and execute multi-channel B2B sales strategies (Wholesale, Retail, Logistics, Online).
• Launch new brands/products, expand partnerships, and unlock new market segments.
• Shape pricing and go-to-market models to maximize market share and profitability.
✅ Drive Operations & Finance
• Oversee sales execution, logistics, and warehousing across the country.
• Lead budgeting, P&L management, and financial performance tracking.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to ensure efficiency and ROI.
✅ Build & Inspire Teams
• Develop a high-performance organization with strong people, structure, and systems.
• Mentor and coach department leaders, set clear targets, and drive team engagement.
• Promote innovation, compliance, and collaboration across all departments.
Job Requirements
• Senior executive with 10 years in FMCG, trading, or distribution (multi-brand/multi-channel is a plus).
• Proven record in P&L ownership, commercial expansion, and operational leadership.
• Excellent communicator with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people development skills.
• Fluent in English, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
