Job Description

The Country Sales Manager will drive sales and manage key customer relationships in Vietnam, ensuring smooth order coordination with the manufacturing team in SEA and local distribution. The role requires strong leadership, market expertise, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and meet business goals.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring timely coordination with production and logistics teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Lead, train, and motivate the local sales team to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business, Sales, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments, with team management experience.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s market and business practices in oil & gas or energy industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Based in Hanoi, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
