Job Description
• Support relevant departments in financial reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for monthly accounting close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with VAS and IFRS accounting standards
• Manage manufacturing costs, prepare cost reports, and participate in process improvement teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of production, shipment, receipt, internal transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor and implement internal controls at the plant.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax and financial reports, including tax returns and cash flow reports, in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting of costs, analyzing variances from the budget.
• Perform spend analysis and control, focusing on areas like maintenance, supplies, and consumables.
• Support inventory management and working capital improvement plans.
• Participate in capital expenditure evaluations and post-expenditure audits.
• Ensure accurate cost coding and control spending.
• Lead special projects and provide ad-hoc analysis as required.
Job Requirements
• Relevant degree in accounting.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in cost accounting, financial control, and tax reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
• International accounting/auditing certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Experience in preparing tax reports, cash flow reports, and other statutory financial statements.
• Strong communication skills in both English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and adapt quickly.
• Experience working with third-party auditors.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
