Job Description

- Design and execute detailed sales strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Research, connect with, and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Offer tailored consultations on products and services to meet client needs.
- Generate, manage, and transform leads into successful business opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts effectively.
- Coordinate with Production, Legal, and Accounting teams to manage pricing, order fulfillment, payments, and client feedback processes.
- Provide additional support, including hosting client visits and assisting in organizing IT-related events.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles in IT sales.
- Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
- Exceptional skills in presentation, negotiation, and training.
- A strong focus on sales excellence and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-assured, decisive, energetic, proactive, and accountable.
